Each shopping list, organised by recipe, enables you to easily cross off any unnecessary ingredients, thus ensuring you don't overlook anything important.
Recipe Notes
- Meatballs- you can use the mix of pork and beef that's available or, you can opt for all beef, pork or turkey. The turkey will increase the cost, but the recipe is very flexible.
- Sweet n Sour Chicken- Investing in chicken breast for this recipe is really important. The texture is far better in this recipe than using chicken thighs.
- Roasted Red Pepper Soup- I serve this soup with my homemade bread recipe for the perfect light but comforting dinner. You can also make cheese scones or some 2 ingredient naan bread.
- Pasta alla Norma- This recipe has a herbed sourdough crumb for a topping. This is completely optional, and the recipe is great without it. So if you feel you don't have the time for it, then skip it.
- Coconut chicken curry- This is one of the most popular recipes on the website, and it has great feedback. Serve it with homemade naan bread or add in extra spinach.
