This 7-day flexible Aldi meal plan takes the guesswork out of dinner. With all ingredients sourced from Aldi, it’s designed for convenience and staying on budget. The plan includes easy-to-follow recipes and an itemized shopping list to simplify meal prep!
Why Aldi
For those new here, let me clarify—I don’t work for Aldi and have no affiliation with them, but they’re my favourite grocery store. Like many of you, I used to shop at Aldi and then visit other stores for extras, but it cost me too much time and money. So, I used my chef training to get creative and make recipes using only Aldi ingredients, and it’s been a hit!
Meal planning has been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up in a single-parent household on a fixed income taught me how to stick to a budget and avoid waste. These skills have become invaluable, and I want to share them with you.
I’ve included 6 recipes, all using Aldi ingredients, so you can either enjoy leftovers or plan for a takeaway night. You’ll also get a shopping list to make meal prep even easier!
