Why Aldi

For those who are new here, let me clarify—I don’t work for Aldi and have no affiliation with them, but they’re my favourite grocery store. Like many, I used to shop at Aldi and then visit other stores for extra items, which took too much time and money. So, I used my chef training to create recipes using only Aldi ingredients, and it’s been a hit!

About the Aldi budget meal plan

Meal planning has been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up in a single-parent household on a fixed income, we had to avoid waste and stick to a strict budget. These experiences taught me how to make a lot out of a little, and I want to share those skills with you through these meal plans.

I’ve included 6 budget-friendly recipes using Aldi ingredients, so you can either have a takeaway night or enjoy leftovers. You’ll also get a shopping list to make things easier.
