Why Aldi
For those who are new here, I don’t work for Aldi and have no affiliation with them, but they’re my favorite grocery store. Like many of you, I used to shop at Aldi and then visit other stores for extras, but it was costing too much time and money. So, I used my chef training to create recipes using only Aldi ingredients, and it’s been a success!
About the Aldi budget meal plan
Meal planning has been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up in a single-parent household on a fixed income taught me how to budget and avoid waste. These skills have been invaluable, and I want to share them with you through these meal plans.
I’ve included 6 recipes, all using Aldi ingredients, so you can either enjoy leftovers or treat yourself to a takeaway night. You’ll also get a shopping list to make meal prep even easier.
It's more important than ever to have simple, affordable recipes with accessible ingredients, and I love creating these plans to help lighten your load. I hope you find them useful!
