About the Aldi budget meal plan

Meal planning has been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up in a single-parent household on a fixed income taught me how to stick to a budget and avoid waste. These skills have been invaluable, and I want to share them with you through these meal plans.

I’m including 6 recipes, all using Aldi ingredients, so you can either have leftovers or enjoy a takeaway night. You’ll also get a shopping list to make meal prep easier.

It’s more important than ever to have simple, affordable recipes with accessible ingredients, and I hope these plans help lighten your load. I truly enjoy creating them and hope you find them useful!

The Details

Most of these meals are designed to serve a family of 4. Some recipes make enough leftovers for two nights or lunch the next day. While I truly believe there is no one size fits all meal plan, I did my best to come up with something that appeals to almost everyone.
