Why Aldi

For those who are new, I don’t work for Aldi and have no affiliation with them, but they’re my favorite grocery store. Like many, I used to shop at Aldi and then visit other stores for extras, which was costing too much time and money. So, I used my chef training to create recipes using only Aldi ingredients, and it’s been a hit!

About the Aldi budget meal plan

Meal planning has been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up in a single-parent household on a fixed income taught me the importance of budgeting and avoiding waste. These skills have been invaluable, and I want to share them with you through these meal plans.

I’ve included 6 recipes, all using Aldi ingredients, so you can have leftovers or a takeaway night. You’ll also get a shopping list to make meal prep easier.

The Details

These meals serve a family of four, with some providing leftovers for another meal. While no plan fits everyone perfectly, I aimed to create something that appeals to most.

The shopping list covers everything you need, and since many ingredients like condiments and spices are reused, be sure to check your pantry to avoid duplicates.

This meal plan is flexible, leaving room for snacks, desserts, and even a night out. You can easily adjust it to fit your schedule, and your feedback helps me decide if I should continue sharing these plans!
