This Aldi meal plan is all about healthy, budget-friendly meals. It’s a flexible 7-day plan designed to take the guesswork out of dinner, using only Aldi ingredients to keep things affordable and convenient. The plan includes recipes and an itemized shopping list to simplify meal prep.

Why Aldi

For those who are new here, I just want to clarify—I don’t work for Aldi and have no affiliation with them, but they’re my favorite grocery store. Like many, I used to shop at Aldi and then visit other stores for extras, but it was taking too much time and money. So, I used my chef training to create recipes using only Aldi ingredients, and it’s been a success!

About the Aldi budget meal plan

Meal planning has been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up in a single-parent household on a fixed income, we had to avoid waste and stick to a strict budget. These experiences taught me how to make a lot out of a little, and I want to share that knowledge with you through these meal plans.

I’ve included 6 recipes, all using Aldi ingredients, so you can either have leftovers or enjoy a takeaway night. You’ll also get a shopping list to simplify meal prep.

It's more important than ever to have simple, affordable recipes with accessible ingredients, and I hope these plans help lighten your load. I love creating them and hope you find them useful!

    All these meals are designed to serve a family of 4. Some recipes make enough leftovers for two nights or lunch the next day. While I truly believe there is no one-size-fits-all meal plan, I did my best to come up with something that appeals to almost everyone.
