Why Aldi
I know many people might be new here, so let me just explain a few things real quick. I don’t work for Aldi, nor have I ever. I’m not affiliated with them in any way except that they are my favourite grocery store and I think what they do is remarkable. Like many of you, I’m sure, I used to do my primary shop at Aldi, and then go to one or two other shops for “bits and bobs”. It was costing me too much time and too much money. So, I decided to use my chef training and get creative and disciplined about making recipes using only ingredients from Aldi. And so far, it’s been a hit!
About the Aldi budget meal plan
Meal planning has been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up in a single-parent household on a fixed income, we had to avoid waste and stick to a budget. This taught me how to make a lot out of a little, and I want to share those skills with you through these meal plans.
I’m including 6 recipes, all using Aldi ingredients, so you can have leftovers or enjoy a takeaway night. You’ll also get a shopping list to simplify meal prep.
It's important to have simple, affordable recipes with easily accessible ingredients, and I hope these plans help lighten your load. I truly love creating them and hope you find them useful!
