Simple ingredients all from Aldi. This recipe is cheap to make and so fun for baking with children.
Bring the mixture to a boil. The bubbles will get big and the mixture will start to caramelise. Carefully add in the bicarb of soda and be careful! The mix bubbles up like lava!
Pour the bubbling cinder toffee mixture into a lined baking tray and leave it to set until it's set- about 1 hour.
