Simple ingredients all from Aldi. Jumbo stuffed shells with roasted red pepper and mascarpone cream.
Soften the onions and garlic in some olive oil with salt and pepper to make the tomato sauce.
Add in the tomato passata and bring it all to a gentle simmer.
Stuff the shells and snuggle them into the sauce. Scatter with mozzarella on top and bake!
