A simple vegetarian soup using only ingredients from Aldi

Toss everything in the slow cooker and set it on medium for 4 hours.

Once the lentils are soft and the potatoes are cooked blend half the soup.

Add the blended soup back to the slow cooker and stir it back togeether.

Serve with parmesan and fresh parsley. And of course big wedges of crusty bread for dipping.
