All you need are simple ingredients all from Aldi.
Add in the sugars and mix well. Caster sugar brings sweetness, brown sugar brings richness.
Add in the eggs and whisk until a thick batter comes together.
Add in the flour and cocoa powder. Whisk gently so you don't over mix.
This batter will be very thick (and delicious!)
Add in the chocolate chunks. Yes! The whole bar!
Pour the brownie batter into the baking tray and scatter with the chopped pecans.
