Simple ingredients from Aldi is all you need for this simple pasta dinner. *Use chicken sausages to keep it lighter and healthier.

Brown the sausage really well to get lots of flavour into the base of the sauce. It's important to take your time here. Only about 10minutes, but it's worth it. 

Mix in the spices, tomato paste and stock. Scrape up all the brown bits. That's where the flavour is!

Add in the tomatoes and some of the pasta cooking water if the sauce is too thick. Stir in the fresh parsley and serve with lots of parmesan!

Serve with a salad and some crusty bread for the perfect Italian feast!
