Preheat the oven to 160c and line a baking tray with baking paper.
You need 3 bowls for this recipe.
Bowl 1- In one bowl mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Bowl 2- In a separate bowl place the chopped chocolate and the butter and melt in the microwave at 30-second intervals.
Bowl 3- Whisk the eggs and sugars with an electric hand whisk on high for about 4 minutes until the eggs and sugar are soft pale and very fluffy.
Once the chocolate and butter are melted and well mixed pour it into the egg and sugar mixture and whisk for another minute.
Fold the flour and cocoa powder mixture into the egg mixture.
Use a spoon or small ice cream scoop to drop the batter onto the baking tray in tablespoon size drops. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes or until the browkies are flat and crackly on top.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt immediately. Let them cool on the tray for about 10 minutes before removing them to a cooling rack to cool all the way.
