Juicy strawberries and crispy pastry served with vanilla ice cream! ?

Simple ingredients all from Aldi

Mix the strawberries, honey and corn starch together. 

Spread the strawberry conserve over the pastry.  * Keeps the pastry crispy and fresh! ??

Pile the honey covered strawberries over the conserve. Leave a border around them.

Fold the pastry up over the strawberries. Sprinkle with demerara sugar. *Be generous! It adds so much crunch!

Bake until the strawberries are jammy and the pastry is deep golden and very crispy!
