Simple ingredients all from Aldi
Brown the chicken in some light olive oil.
Gently fry the onions in the pan.
Add in the rest of the mushrooms and the veggies. Toss in the flour.
Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.
Add in the frozen veggies and simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce is thickened.
Place the filling in some oven-safe pans. Individual or in one large family size pan will work.
